Courtney began her legal career in 2009 after graduating from Villanova University School of Law. Prior to law school, Courtney graduated from Bucknell University in 2006. Immediately upon graduating and passing the bar, Courtney began her career in the field of lemon law – vigorously representing plaintiffs in lemon law and breach of warranty cases against car manufacturers. Courtney has experience in both state and federal courts and handles all phases of litigation, from inception through deposition, arbitration, and trial. Courtney has drafted pleadings, gathered necessary documentation and expert opinions, drafted and argued all forms of motions, including discovery motions, motions to dismiss, and summary judgment motions, and sat as first chair in both jury and bench trials. Throughout Courtney’s litigation career, she has secured countless victories for her clients. Courtney has also successfully negotiated thousands of settlements, providing her clients with quick, profitable outcomes.
Courtney grew up in a small beach town on the Jersey shore and has now lived in Pennsylvania for nearly two decades. She zealously represents her clients and believes this is best achieved through client engagement and open communication. Courtney is committed to maintaining a high level of communication and takes the time to discuss the law with her clients so that, together, they can build the strongest claim possible.
